Ingredients:
2 cups basmati rice
500g chicken or mutton, cut into pieces
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
Spices: bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped mint and coriander leaves
Salt to taste
4 cups water
