Fried Rice is a versatile and popular dish made from pre-cooked rice stir-fried in a wok with various ingredients such as vegetables, eggs, and meat or seafood.
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and green onions. Stir well to combine.
Return the scrambled eggs to the skillet and mix everything together.
