Nori sheets

Soy sauce for serving
Instructions:
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Cook the rice according to package instructions. Once done, let it cool slightly.
In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
Pour the vinegar mixture over the rice and mix gently to combine.
Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving space at the top.
Add your fillings of choice and roll the sushi tightly.
Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with soy sauce.
